Governor Melella defends OSEF reorganization in Tierra del Fuego

Governor Gustavo Melella has defended the ongoing reorganization of the Obra Social del Estado Fueguino (OSEF), stating that recent structural changes are beginning to show positive results in the institution's operations.

Melella highlighted improvements in the working relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and organizations dedicated to disability care. He specifically noted that the system for purchasing and distributing medications has been restructured, including the implementation of individual agreements to strengthen ties with pharmacies.

While acknowledging these administrative advancements, the Governor emphasized that the primary focus of the management must remain on the beneficiaries. He stated that the ultimate measure of success for the OSEF transformation is the quality of service provided to active public employees and retirees.
