Governor Santosh Gangwar addresses Vinoba Bhave University convocation

Jharkhand Governor and Chancellor of universities, Santosh Kumar Gangwar, emphasized the critical role of youth in achieving the goal of a ‘Developed India’ during the 11th convocation ceremony of Vinoba Bhave University in Hazaribagh.

Addressing students, the Governor stated that national progress depends not only on economic growth but on the contributions of educated, skilled, and responsible citizens. He encouraged students to align their personal goals with national progress and to use their knowledge for the benefit of society.

The ceremony included the presentation of gold medals to 20 postgraduate toppers, certificates to nine undergraduate toppers, and PhD degrees to 36 researchers. Gangwar highlighted that initiatives such as Startup India, the India Semiconductor Mission, and Atmanirbhar Bharat provide significant opportunities for young people to innovate and drive entrepreneurship.
