Goyang City to host GOMZ DAY youth festival

Goyang City has announced the ‘GOMZ DAY’ festival, scheduled for September 19, to celebrate Youth Day. The event, themed ‘When tastes meet, connections are made,’ is designed to allow young people to communicate and discover shared interests. Organized with significant input from a youth planning group, the festival will feature activities such as rotation blind dates, social parties, personal color diagnosis, perfume making, and wine etiquette classes.

In addition to the main event, a series of youth week activities will run from September 11 to 17, including a running event, AI-based interview strategy lectures, and various workshops. To strengthen communication regarding youth policies, the city has also launched the first cohort of the ‘Naeilkkum Workshop Youth Supporters.’ These five selected individuals will spend five months creating promotional content and providing feedback to ensure city policies effectively meet the needs of the younger population.
