Gracie Abrams to release third album ‘Daughter From Hell’ on July 17, 2026

American singer‑songwriter Gracie Abrams announced that her third studio album, Daughter From Hell, will be released on July 17, 2026 through Interscope Records. The 16‑track record, co‑written and co‑produced with longtime collaborator Aaron Dessner of The National, is preceded by the lead single “Hit the Wall,” which drops on May 14, 2026.

Abrams revealed the news on Instagram, writing, “Whoa whoa whoa. Freaking out. I am so ready for it to be yours.” She described the single as “the introduction to this new chapter” and said she feels “grateful and relieved” about the project. The album follows her 2024 sophomore effort The Secret of Us, which reached No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and hit #1 in the UK, Australia and the Netherlands. Recording began the same day Abrams and Dessner cut “That’s So True” at Electric Lady Studios in New York, and sessions continued in Dessner’s Long Pond studio and in London.

In addition to music, Abrams will make her acting debut in the upcoming A24 film Please, directed by Halina Reijn. The album is billed as a darker, more cinematic phase for the Grammy‑nominated artist.
