Grafometal Sporting La Rioja wins XXVI Open San Mateo

Grafometal Sporting La Rioja won the XXVI Open San Mateo handball tournament after defeating Lobas Alimerka Oviedo with a score of 21-18.

Despite an early lead by the Oviedo team, led by Marta da Silva and Lisa Chiagozie, the momentum shifted following a player exclusion for Camila Méndez. Grafometal Sporting La Rioja took control in the final minutes of the first half and maintained their advantage throughout the second half, aided by strong performance from goalkeeper Marta Mera.
