Gragnano to host wine and cultural heritage festivals

The city of Gragnano is preparing to host two major events celebrating the region's long history of wine production. The first event, ‘Gragnano da bere’, will take place on August 29 and 30 in the Aurano hilly area, focusing on the local characteristic sparkling red DOC wine.

The second event, ‘Bacco e Cerere’, is scheduled for September 1 in Via Botticelli. This event aims to explore the intersection of history, culture, archaeology, and local identity. The programs will be officially presented during a press conference on August 25.

These festivities are supported by various local organizations, including the Consorzio Produttori Penisola Sorrentina DOP, the Association Antica Necropoli di Stabiae Madonna delle Grazie, and the Municipality of Gragnano.
