Former Elite Europe chief Gérald Marie faces six new rape and trafficking complaints in Paris

Six women, most of them U.S. citizens aged between 45 and 60, filed criminal complaints in Paris accusing former Elite Europe director Gérald Marie of rape and human‑trafficking. One complainant was a minor at the time of the alleged offenses, which are said to have occurred in the mid‑1980s to early 1990s while Marie headed the agency’s European division.

The new filings echo a June 5, 2026 complaint lodged by former supermodel Carré Otis, and some of the women had previously reported the abuse in 2020‑2021. Their lawyer, Me Mathias Darmon, said the statements are “concordant” and describe a pattern of abuse using Marie’s position of authority.

Marie’s attorney, Céline Bekerman, stated that he “categorically denies these accusations” and that the allegations had already been examined in a thorough Paris prosecutor investigation, which in 2023 2023 dismissed a related case on the grounds of prescription. The women are now seeking civil participation in the investigation before the Paris judicial court.
