Brazil hosts culinary festivals in Búzios and Gramado

Various culinary and cultural festivals are taking place in Brazil. In Búzios, the Les Pantagruels gastronomic festival is being held at the Chez Françoise restaurant to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Le Relais La Borie hotel. The event features French and French-Brazilian chefs, including Patrick Gauthier and David Hemmerlé, offering multi-course surprise menus and cocktails.

In Gramado, the 18th Culture and Gastronomy Festival is concluding its run at Lago Joaquina Rita Bier. The event features 13 participating restaurants offering exclusive dishes, alongside musical performances, gastronomy workshops for students, and professional competitions such as the Waiters' Race.
