Gramado Parks assumes management of Tree Bies Beach Resort in Bahia

Gramado Parks, the operator of Snowland and various hotels in Gramado, has assumed management of the Tree Bies Beach Resort in Subaúma, located on the north coast of Bahia. This marks the group’s first hotel operation outside of Rio Grande do Sul.

The company is pursuing a strategy of managing third-party assets to drive growth. Under the leadership of CEO Ronaldo Costa Beber, the group projects hospitality revenue to reach R$ 82 million this year, up from R$ 52 million in 2023. The expansion aims to achieve scale in purchasing and distribution while diluting corporate expenses across multiple properties.

While Gramado Parks will manage the resort, the property remains owned by the two founding Belgian families. The move coincides with a period of development in Subaúma, as the region seeks to transition into a more prominent national tourism hub.
