Gramado tests AI digital concierge to enhance tourism

The city of Gramado has begun real-world testing of LINA, an artificial intelligence-driven digital concierge designed to enhance the tourist experience. Developed by the startup Lina Tecnologia LTDA as part of an innovation sandbox program, the virtual assistant provides personalized information regarding local attractions, tours, gastronomy, and public services.

Visitors can access the tool by scanning QR codes located at strategic points throughout the city, including the Várzea Grande Portico, the Tourist Information Center, and various public squares. The initiative aims to evaluate how AI can contribute to tourism innovation and provide a more dynamic experience for travelers.
