Gran Canaria hosts major cultural festivals and musical performances

Gran Canaria is hosting several major cultural events. The 30th anniversary of the TEMUDAS Festival of Theater, Music, and Dance in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is expanding to the Santa Catalina area. The festival features 54 productions across various disciplines, including dance, theater, and circus. Highlights include a presentation of the Max Award for best male performer to the Juan Berlanga company.

In Telde, the Philharmonic Orchestra of Gran Canaria will perform ‘Sonidos de América’ at the Auditorio José Vélez on September 18. Conducted by Maestro Christian Vásquez, the concert is part of the celebrations for the 675th anniversary of the city's founding. The event is free to the public.
