Granada authorities seek improved transport links to Madrid

The Granada Provincial Council and the Granada City Council are coordinating efforts to strengthen air and land connections between Granada and Madrid. This initiative follows mobility challenges caused by a recent railway accident in Urda, Toledo.

Francis Rodríguez, president of the Provincial Council, and Mayor Marifrán Carazo are in discussions with various transport operators to expand available travel options for citizens traveling for work or family reasons. The Provincial Council has indicated it has the budget available to support these measures as needed while the current situation persists.
