Granada hosts VI Sustainability Fair to promote corporate environmental strategies

The VI Sustainability Fair of Granada has opened at the Chamber of Commerce, emphasizing the integration of sustainability into corporate strategies and communication plans. Local officials, including the Mayor of Granada and representatives from the Junta de Andalucía, highlighted sustainability as a key driver for both business competitiveness and regional development.

A major focus of the event is the necessity for companies to communicate their environmental progress effectively. During the first day, seventeen companies and institutions in the province received ‘Huella Verde’ certificates, audited by Cámara Certifica, recognizing their best practices and commitment to combating climate change. Recipients include the University of Granada, Emasagra, and various local hospitality and engineering entities.
