Granada infrastructure projects advance in La Chana and Zaidín

Major urban remodeling projects are underway in Granada, Spain. In the La Chana neighborhood, the third phase of the Carretera de Málaga renovation is expected to be completed by spring 2027. The project, which is currently 30% complete, involves 440 meters of roadwork including the renewal of water and sanitation networks, sidewalks, public lighting, and green areas.

Simultaneously, the integral reform of Avenida Don Bosco in the Zaidín neighborhood is progressing. The first section has reached 80% execution and is beginning the asphalt paving process. The second section is 50% complete, focusing on pavement renovation, central boulevard transformation, and the installation of new street furniture and lighting. The project includes the installation of 612 meters of potable water pipes and 580 meters of sanitation collectors.
