Grand Gourmet festival returns to Omiš

The twelfth edition of the Grand Gourmet festival is scheduled to take place on November 4 and 5, 2026, at Hotel Plaža in Omiš. Organized by the Association of Chefs of Mediterranean and European Regions (ŠKMER), the event aims to bring together international gastronomy experts, professionals, and vocational students.

This year's program features more participants and masterclasses than previous editions. Activities include professional and student competitions, educational demonstrations, wine tastings, and presentations on global coffee trends. The festival focuses on professional development and the promotion of hospitality roles, including sommeliers, baristas, bartenders, and waiters.
