Grand Hotel Salerno resumes operations after court suspension

The TAR Campania has issued a precautionary decree suspending a municipal order that had halted the operations of the Grand Hotel Salerno. The court granted the request for an injunction filed by Immobiliare Panoramica s. r. l., the company managing the hotel.

In his ruling, President Salvatore Mezzacapo noted the potential for significant economic and organizational damage if the hotel were forced to close during a period of peak occupancy. The court determined that allowing the hotel to continue its activities does not irreversibly prejudice the administration's position while the legal dispute proceeds. The municipality did not join the precautionary proceedings. The case will now move forward to a full hearing to examine the merits of the appeal.
