Grand Hôtel La Cloche introduces Burgundy-inspired cocktails

The Grand Hôtel La Cloche in Dijon has introduced a new mixology collection designed by mixologist Matthias Giroud. The menu aims to explore the Burgundy terroir through eighteen distinct creations organized into three collections: Tradition, Signature, and Voyage.

In a notable departure from traditional cocktail ingredients, the menu incorporates local elements such as Dijon mustard alongside classic regional flavors like blackcurrant, grape, pear, and anise. The bar also features a dedicated non-alcoholic collection. The new offerings are served on a recently opened terrace overlooking the hotel garden.
