Grand Seiko unveils Ushio 300 Spring Drive Diver

Grand Seiko has released the Spring Drive U. F. A. Ushio 300 Diver, a new luxury dive watch showcased at Watches & Wonders 2026. The model features a 40.8mm case constructed from High-Intensity Titanium, making it lighter and thinner than previous Evolution 9 models.

The Ushio 300, which translates to “tide” in English, utilizes the Calibre 9RB1 movement hand-assembled at the Shinshu Watch Studio in Nagano. The design includes a textured green dial inspired by Japanese coastline tide pools and a redesigned bracelet with a new micro-adjustment system. While the watch offers improved wearability and a contemporary aesthetic, it lacks a date window.
