Grand Theft Auto 6 reaches estimated $429 million in pre-orders

Estimates suggest Grand Theft Auto 6 has accumulated approximately 4.38 million pre-orders ahead of its scheduled November launch. According to market intelligence firm Sensor Tower, these pre-orders represent roughly $429 million in revenue, though official figures from Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive have not been released.

Data indicates that PlayStation users account for 77% of these estimated sales, with approximately 3.38 million pre-orders on PS5, while Xbox users represent 23% with roughly 1 million pre-orders.

Reports also highlight a significant trend in consumer preference regarding game editions. Despite the standard edition being priced at $79.99, some industry reports suggest that a vast majority of pre-orders are for the $100 Ultimate Edition, which includes premium in-game content such as vehicles, weapons, and apparel.
