Grande ABC region hosts cultural and diversity festivals

The Grande ABC region in Brazil is hosting cultural events aimed at promoting local entrepreneurship and regional integration.

In Santo André, the 1st Diversity Fair ABC will take place this Saturday at the Casa da Palavra Mário Quintana. The free event features a program of music, art, and creative economy, including local artisans, gastronomy, and performances by various artists and drag queens. The initiative seeks to provide space for local producers and celebrate diversity within the community.

Additionally, the ABC das Artes – 1st Regional Festival of Cultures of Grande ABC has been rescheduled for December 4, 5, and 6 in Ribeirão Pires. Originally planned for September, the festival was postponed due to weather concerns. Organized by the Consórcio Intermunicipal Grande ABC, the event will bring together artists from the seven municipalities of the region to promote regional integration and visibility for local talent.
