Grandezze & Meraviglie Festival announces 29th edition

The 29th edition of the Grandezze & Meraviglie Festival has been announced, running from September 12 to November 1. The festival, which focuses on early music and musicological research, will feature various concerts and cultural initiatives across the Emilia-Romagna region, particularly in Modena, Sassuolo, and Vignola.

Key highlights include the contemporary first performance of the Oratorio di San Geminiano by Catterina Benedetta Grazianini on October 23 at the Modena Cathedral. Other scheduled events include medieval music performances at the Rocca di Vignola on October 14 and a series of concerts and exhibitions commemorating the fourth centenary of the birth of Christina of Sweden.
