Grandview historic blue-brick residence listed in Armidale

The historic Grandview residence, a century-old blue-brick property in Armidale, has been placed on the market through Ray White Armidale. Located at the front of the former St Patrick's orphanage on South Hill, the property was constructed between 1919 and 1921.

The residence is listed as a five-bedroom, two-bathroom flat situated within a shared strata, as the original building has been divided into multiple units. The property features high ceilings, ornate period detailing, and cedar joinery. Selling agent Cayne Moar noted the building's significance, suggesting it may be the largest non-commercial blue-brick structure built by renowned local builder George Frederick Nott.
