Grandy Prajayakti Resigns as Director of RANS Entertainment Days After IPO

Director Grandy Prajayakti submitted his resignation on July 22, 2026, citing personal reasons, according to a disclosure by RANS Finance Director Rumunggu Yokonapita. The resignation was announced shortly after PT Rans Entertainment Indonesia Tbk (RANS) completed its initial public offering on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on July 10, 2026. The IPO, led by celebrity owner Raffi Ahmad, saw the stock surge 34% on debut, before falling about 7% to Rp214 per share by July 24.

RANS stated that Grandy's departure will not have a material impact on its operations, legal standing, financial condition, or business continuity. Grandy Prajayakti, a civil‑engineering graduate with over 20 years in marketing, business development and media, also holds directorships at several related companies, including PT Rans Nikmat Sejahtera and PT Idpods Kreasi Indonesia. The company will hold a General Meeting of Shareholders to approve the resignation.
