Granit Invest plans Belgrade office building as Centar Zamet faces costly repairs
In Belgrade, Granit Invest d.o.o. is planning the construction of a new commercial building at the corner of Ljutice Bogdana and Maglajska streets in the Dedinje area. The project, designed by the architectural studio Zabriskie, features a gross area of 1,561.20 square meters across four floors above ground, two underground levels, and a penthouse level. The facility will include 638.21 square meters of net business space and 21 parking spots.
In Rijeka, the renovation of the exterior tiles at Centar Zamet is estimated to cost over 1.8 million euros. The project, commissioned by Rijeka sport and designed by the architectural studio 3LHD, aims to replace the deteriorating ceramic tiles on the outdoor pedestrian areas. The high cost is attributed to a replacement rate of approximately 434 euros per square meter to address the widespread degradation of the tiles used since the facility opened in 2009.
