Granite Asia raises over $500m for Pan-Asia private credit strategy
Granite Asia has raised over $500 million for its Pan-Asia private credit strategy, known as Libra Hybrid. The fundraising surpassed the firm's initial target and follows $250 million in anchor commitments secured earlier this year.
The strategy focuses on investing in mid-market companies across the Asia-Pacific region to bridge funding gaps. Target sectors include advanced manufacturing, consumer goods, and healthcare. Since its launch in 2025, the fund has completed eight transactions.
Key investors include DBS Private Bank, various insurers, and institutional investors. Anchor investors supporting the strategy include Temasek (via Aranda Principal Strategies), Khazanah Nasional Berhad, and the Indonesia Investment Authority. Granite Asia currently manages more than $10 billion in assets.
