Granite, through its GO3JV joint venture, has been awarded a task order valued at approximately $165 million to construct components of the Guam Defense System (GDS) Forward Operating Sites. The project, awarded by the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), involves site preparation, utility installation, facility construction, and transportation improvements on Guam.

Construction is expected to begin in 2026 and reach completion in late 2029. The project aims to support operational readiness and continuous mission requirements through enhanced infrastructure.
