Granollers and Zeballos lose US Open title as Serie del Rey ties

In tennis, the doubles pairing of Marcel Granollers and Horacio Zeballos failed to defend their title at the US Open. The Spanish-Argentine duo, who previously won Roland Garros and the US Open last season, were unable to repeat their historic performance at Flushing Meadows.

In baseball, the Serie del Rey 2026 is currently tied 1-1 between the Toros de Tijuana and the Olmecas de Tabasco. After the Olmecas won the first game 7-1 and the Toros responded with a 13-2 victory featuring four home runs, the series moves to Villahermosa.
