Gransta Tokyo reopens renovated Marunouchi underground area

JR East Cross Station has completed the renovation of the Gransta Tokyo ‘Underground Marunouchi Ticket Gate Area,’ which officially opened on September 16. Following approximately eight months of construction, the space has been rebranded under the concept ‘FAV ZAKA’ (Favorite MARUNOUCHIZAKA).

The revitalized area features 26 shops, including 10 new openings and 11 rebrandings or renewals of existing stores. Notably, 13 of these are exclusive brands available only at Tokyo Station. The new layout aims to integrate food and lifestyle goods, offering a mix of seasonal products and station-exclusive items such as themed chocolates and pastries.

In addition to retail, the area incorporates art through the ‘ART WALL’ by SPIRAL, featuring rotating exhibitions. To celebrate the opening, a JRE POINT campaign is being held from September 16 to September 29, offering various point prizes and original stickers for customers at participating stores.
