Grants Pass woman arrested for animal neglect
A 72-year-old woman, Roxanda Radomsky, was arrested in Grants Pass, Oregon, on charges of animal neglect. The arrest followed an investigation by Josephine County Animal Control that began on October 4, 2026, after receiving a complaint.
Authorities stated that officers initially offered assistance and a deadline to resolve the situation, but the suspect did not comply. On October 8, animal control officers, supported by the Josephine County Sheriff’s Office and the Grants Pass Police Department, executed a search warrant at a residence on Northeast Ridge Road.
