Gras announces November 2026 public transport card sales

The public transport company Gras has announced that the sale and top-up of monthly electronic cards for November 2026 will begin on Monday, November 2, 2026. Top-ups from the previous month remain valid until November 7, while the general deadline for all passenger categories to complete top-ups is November 16 at authorized sales locations including Ćumurija, Otoka, Ilidža, Dobrinja, Vogošća, Hadžići, and Neđarići.

Specific requirements apply to various passenger groups. Pensioners with incomes above 695.00 KM may choose to top up for one or two months, while those with incomes up to 695.00 KM must extend their card validity by November 17, presenting an ID and a copy of their latest pension check. Unemployed individuals must provide confirmation from the employment bureau. Students and pupils are required to present proof of regular enrollment for the 2026/2027 academic year to complete their top-ups.

New electronic cards can be issued at Ilidža, Otoka, Ćumurija, and Vogošća locations upon providing a photograph. Gras advises all users to retain their transaction receipts to ensure the right to use public transport across both operators.
