Graspop Metal Meeting 2026 expects over 150,000 fans amid heatwave warnings

The Graspop Metal Meeting 2026 will take place in Dessel, Belgium from June 18 to 21. Organisers anticipate more than 150,000 metal‑music fans, and tickets for the four‑day event have already sold out.

Weather forecasts issued by the Royal Meteorological Institute predict daytime temperatures ranging from 31 °C to 34 °C, with a peak near 35 °C and the possibility of thunderstorms. A yellow heat‑wave alert has been issued, and attendees are advised to wear light clothing, use sunscreen, stay hydrated and follow safety instructions during any severe weather.

Live coverage of the festival will be streamed for all five days, highlighting headline acts such as Bring Me the Horizon and Infected Rain, while additional local measures have been put in place to manage the large crowd and the expected heat.
