Gravataí to host 5th Robotics Tournament with 44 teams

The city of Gravataí will host its 5th Robotics Tournament on October 28 and 29 at the Prof. Wilma Camargo Sports Gymnasium. The competition features 44 selected teams from public and private schools, educational institutions, and independent groups.

The initiative aims to stimulate student interest in science, technology, innovation, and problem-solving. Selma Fraga, the municipal secretary for Science, Innovation, and Technology, stated that robotics serves as an important gateway to the future, helping students develop skills to innovate and transform reality while strengthening the local innovation ecosystem.
