GrayRobinson appoints Joseph A. Passeretti managing shareholder of Pensacola office

Florida law firm GrayRobinson, which operates 16 offices across the state and in Washington, D.C., named Joseph A. Passeretti as managing shareholder of its Pensacola (Emerald Coast) office. Passeretti, a founding member of the office since its launch in December 2024, brings nearly two decades of civic leadership in Northwest Florida. He previously served as president of the Escambia‑Santa Rosa Bar Association and chaired The Florida Bar Construction Certification Committee (2023‑2024). The firm highlighted his board‑certified expertise in construction law and his experience handling complex civil, contract, and employment litigation.

Dean Cannon, GrayRobinson’s president and CEO, said Passeretti “has been a driving force in establishing GrayRobinson’s presence in the Northwest Florida community.” Passeretti pledged to continue delivering full‑service legal support to clients throughout the region.

GrayRobinson employs roughly 300 professionals and is recognized for its combined legal and lobbying practice in Florida.
