Grayscale Chainlink Trust ETF reports $72.2M in net assets
Grayscale Investments has filed a quarterly Form 10-Q with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding its Chainlink Trust ETF (ticker: GLNK). The filing, submitted on August 7, reports that the fund held $72.2 million in net assets for the quarter ending June 30, 2026.
The fund's value declined due to an 18% drop in the price of the LINK token, which fell from $8.77 to $7.20 during the quarter. This price movement resulted in an unrealized loss of approximately $16.4 million for the stake. Despite the decline in dollar value, the fund's token count remained steady at 10,030,901.11 LINK tokens.
Originally established as a private Delaware statutory trust in 2020, the Chainlink Trust converted to a public ETF trading on NYSE Arca on December 2, 2025. This conversion allowed broader investor access to the decentralized oracle network's utility token without the need for individual cryptocurrency wallets.
