Gördes Child Festival Attracts Hundreds of Families

Manisa Metropolitan Municipality and Gördes Municipality jointly organized the Büyükşehir Çocuk Şenliği in Gördes, hosting hundreds of children at the Atatürk Children Ferdi Zeyrek Library and Science Center. The free event featured inflatable games, mascot performances, face painting, illusion and bubble shows, plus sweets such as cotton candy and popcorn. Gördes Mayor İbrahim Büke, deputy mayors Aykut Bilgen and Ali Türker Kesici, and Manisa’s coordination officer Ercan Yiğit attended, interacting with attendees. The festival drew strong interest from families, who praised the colorful program and enjoyable atmosphere.
