Great Denham triple murder prompts international manhunt after suspect flees UK
Police in Bedfordshire discovered the bodies of a mother and her two young daughters at a house on Carnoustie Drive in Great Denham, near Bedford, on Monday. A murder investigation was launched by the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit, with Assistant Chief Constable John Murphy describing the case as "incredibly complex" and "deeply distressing".
Investigators have identified a 45‑year‑old male suspect, known to all three victims, who is believed to have left the United Kingdom shortly after the killings. Flight records show he traveled from Heathrow Airport to Zimbabwe using a British passport. Police have issued an international arrest warrant and are cooperating with national and international agencies to locate him.
The victims have been identified as 42‑year‑old Zandile Tsuma and her daughters, 15‑year‑old Natali and 5‑year‑old Nala. The family had been in divorce proceedings and had recently begun selling their home. Authorities have increased patrols in the area and asked the public for any information that could aid the probe, emphasizing that there is no wider risk to the public at this stage.
