Great Place To Work names 20 Hong Kong firms as 2026 Best Workplaces

Great Place To Work™ Greater China held the 2026 Best Workplaces™ awards ceremony on July 9 at Hong Kong’s Crowne Plaza Hotel in Causeway Bay. The event recognised twenty organisations that excel in trust‑building, leadership effectiveness and employee well‑being, achieving an average score of 90.11 %.

The ceremony’s theme, “Inspire and be Inspired,” highlighted the role of high‑trust leadership in fostering motivation and collaboration. CEO Jose Bezanilla said, “Inspiration is at the core of a thriving workplace… when people feel inspired they bring fresh ideas, confidence and purpose to their work.” Awardees included AbbVie, AIA Hong Kong & Macau, Allianz, Belden Asia, Cisco, Citadel Securities, DHL, Hyatt, Kuehne+Nagel, Lumen Technologies, Marriott International, Mastercard, Robert Half, Swire Coca‑Cola HK, Trip.com Group and others. Under the For All™ methodology, companies were evaluated on inclusive workplace practices, with 7,879 employee responses showing more than 92 % positive perception.
