Great Place to Work recognizes companies in Latin America

Several companies have been recognized in the Great Place to Work (GPTW) ‘Best Workplaces in Latin America 2026’ rankings, which evaluate organizational culture based on employee perception.

In Brazil, the cooperative financial institution Cresol was named among the best companies to work for in Latin America. The institution also secured first place among the best companies to work for in the agribusiness sector within the large company category. Cresol president Cledir Magri noted that the recognition reflects the organization’s efforts regarding support and development for its teams.

In Argentina, the midstream specialist Oldelval achieved the 27th position in the Latin American ranking. Additionally, the company ranked 10th in the ‘Best Workplaces in Argentina 2026’ list for the category of companies with 251 to 1,000 employees. The company stated these achievements result from a management style focused on people, trust, and teamwork.
