Great Southern Hotel acquired for $11.15 million in Berry

The Great Southern Hotel in Berry, New South Wales, has been acquired for $11.15 million by a new investment group led by Steve and Bridie Redman. The acquisition marks a new chapter for the historic venue, which has operated in the region since the early 1900s.

To support the revival of the hotel, the Redmans have partnered with experienced hospitality professionals, including Scott Still, Matt Clifton, and Matt and Josie Jennings. The new management team intends to leverage their collective culinary and operational expertise to revitalize the landmark, which has survived over a century of service and multiple fires.
