Greater Noida Police recover 104 lost mobile phones

Under the ‘Mission Sahyog’ initiative, the Greater Noida Police surveillance cell has recovered 104 lost or stolen smartphones. The total estimated value of the recovered devices is approximately 21 lakh rupees.

Using technical analysis and the Central Equipment Identity Register (CEIR) portal, police tracked the devices to various locations. The phones had been lost in crowded markets, during commutes via public transport, or while traveling on two-wheelers. On September 19, the police returned all recovered mobile phones to their rightful owners.
