Greater Noida: Traffic policeman injured in wrong-side car collision

A traffic policeman, Mohit Kumar, was seriously injured in a hit-and-run accident at the Sharda Golchakka in Greater Noida. The incident occurred while Kumar was on duty and traveling on his motorcycle.

A woman driver, identified as Akanksha, was reportedly driving an Alto K-10 car in the wrong direction at high speed when she collided with the officer's bike. The impact caused Kumar to fall onto the road, resulting in severe injuries.

Following the collision, the vehicle was seized by the police, and Akanksha was taken into custody for questioning. Kumar was rushed to Sharda Hospital, where he remains under medical supervision. Local authorities have launched an investigation into the circumstances of the crash.
