Greater Victoria municipal candidates debate at UVic

Municipal candidates from Victoria, Oak Bay, Saanich, and Langford participated in a debate held at the University of Victoria on October 6. The discussion primarily addressed issues relevant to students, including housing and transit.

While candidates from several municipalities were present, there was a noted absence of representatives from Colwood, Sooke, and the Langford mayoral race. The event aimed to engage first-time voters and promote civic discourse within the Greater Victoria region.
