Greece: 22-year-old missing in Athens; 15-year-old killed in Thessaloniki crash

A 22‑year‑old woman, Moraiti Antigoni, vanished on 14 July after entering a taxi in the Elaiochoria (Ελληνορώσων) area of Athens. The Missing Alert organization issued a notice, providing her description and urging anyone with information to contact the national missing persons hotline.

On 10 July, a 15‑year‑old girl, Anna‑Maria, died after a collision between a motorcycle, driven by her father, and a garbage truck on the Thessaloniki ring road near the Neapoli exit. Authorities are investigating possible illegal overtaking by the father, and a forensic examination has been scheduled. The victim was taken to G. Gennimatas Hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries.
