Greece AI Survey Shows 60% View Improved Customer Service
Focus Bari’s second CX Stories report, released in May 2026, surveyed 1,010 Greek adults about artificial‑intelligence (AI) in customer service. Six in ten respondents said AI would improve service, citing 24‑hour availability, immediate replies and faster problem resolution as the main benefits. Over half see continuous AI support as the biggest advantage, followed by rapid response and more efficient issue handling.
The study also found high digital familiarity – about 70 % of participants feel comfortable using chatbots, online tools and voice‑AI – and highlights hospitality, technology and supermarkets as sectors with the strongest CX improvements. Telecoms and hospitality show the greatest emotional swings, while 64 % still prefer human interaction for complex problems. Digital transformation is seen as a key driver by more than half of respondents.
