OPEKA to pay A21 child allowance and social benefits in September 2026

OPEKA is scheduled to complete the payment of the fourth bi-monthly installment of the A21 child allowance by Tuesday, September 29, 2026. Funds are expected to become available at ATMs starting the afternoon of the previous working day, September 29.

Other social benefits scheduled for payment include the Minimum Guaranteed Income (formerly KEA), housing allowances, birth grants, disability benefits, and various social solidarity payments.

Following the completion of these payments, the A21 electronic platform is expected to reopen on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 08:00. This will allow beneficiaries to submit new applications or modify existing ones. It is noted that applications must be officially submitted and approved; those left in a 'temporarily saved' state will not be processed for payment. Applications are managed through the IDIKA platform or Gov.gr using TaxisNet credentials.
