e‑EFKA and DYPA to disburse €69.9 million to 81,000 Greeks by July 10

The Ministry of Labour and Social Security announced that the electronic Social Insurance Fund (e‑EFKA) and the Public Employment Service (DYPA) will make a series of payments from 6 July to 10 July 2026. A total of €69,856,913.67 is scheduled for 81,273 beneficiaries across the country.

e‑EFKA will pay €13,856,913.67 on 6 July to 27,973 recipients covering maternity, sickness, accident and funeral‑expense benefits. Between 6 and 10 July it will also disburse an additional €16 million to 800 people as one‑off allowances.

DYPA’s allocations total €40 million: €20 million in unemployment benefits for 33,000 claimants, €1 million to 1,500 mothers on subsidised maternity leave, and €19 million to 18,000 participants in subsidised employment programmes. All payments are to be credited to beneficiaries’ bank accounts by the end of the week.
