Greece expects sunny weekend with temperatures up to 33°C

On Saturday 6 June, most of Greece will experience clear skies and a modest temperature rise, reaching 29‑31 °C nationwide and 32‑33 °C in the Thessaly region.

From midday, temporary cloud bands may develop, bringing local rain showers and occasional isolated thunderstorms, especially in the northern mountainous areas and parts of western and central Macedonia. Winds will blow from the north at 2‑4 Beaufort, with stronger gusts of 5‑7 Beaufort across the Aegean and islands.
