Greece experiences hot summer with temperatures reaching 35 °C

The national weather service forecast sunny and generally stable conditions across Greece on Monday, 15 June, with temperatures ranging from the high 20s to low 30s Celsius. In continental regions the mercury could climb to 35 °C, while coastal and island areas are expected to stay around 29‑32 °C.

Scattered clouds will appear intermittently, mainly over mainland areas, but are not expected to impact overall visibility. Winds will blow from the west and south at 3‑5 Bft on the mainland, with the eastern Aegean experiencing north‑westerly breezes of similar strength. Overall humidity will rise modestly throughout the country, creating typical midsummer conditions ideal for beach outings and outdoor activities.
