Greece launches online applications for student housing allowance 2025-2026

The Greek Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports announced that eligible students can submit electronic applications for the student housing allowance for the 2025‑2026 academic year. Applications are accepted from 30 June to 31 July 2026 through a dedicated online portal. Applicants must log in with the username and password provided by the Α.Α.Δ.Ε. for TAXISnet services.

Education Minister Sofia Zacharakē said the measure aims to reduce housing costs for families and increase support for students, targeting a rise in coverage from 7 % to 15 % by 2030.
