Greece: Lawyer files ESR complaint against Interview polling company

Lawyer Aris Papadopoulos has filed a formal complaint with the National Council for Radio and Television (ESR) against the polling company Interview, alleging voter deception and manipulation.

The complaint asserts that a September poll, which was officially scheduled to be conducted from September 23 to September 28, 2026, was actually completed and leaked 24 hours before the stated conclusion date. Papadopoulos claims to have provided 25 pieces of digital evidence showing the survey was distributed via mobile and computer applications as early as 23:58 on September 27, 2026.

The allegations suggest that the survey results were predetermined rather than collected from the stated sample of 4,928 individuals. The complaint further alleges connections between the polling company and various media outlets, suggesting a mechanism for disseminating specific findings to serve political interests.
